Clark County Community Services is seeking an organized, detail oriented individual to provide oversight of the daily operations of the front office, providing leadership, management, supervision and direction.

This full-time position requires knowledge typically acquired through four years of college or equivalent advanced training to qualify for a Bachelor’s Degree with a major pertinent to the position requirements. Experience working within a Human Services or Outpatient Clinic setting and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Candidate must have the ability to multi-task while communicating effectively both verbally and in writing with the public, co-workers and other agencies. Preference will be given to candidates with experience and/or knowledge in the area of accounting specifically accounts receivable, medical diagnosis coding and health information records. Knowledge of and experience with reception duties and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
