Kids Count, the yearly report from the Annie E. Casey Foundation on state trends in child well-being, has been released for 2017. Wisconsin has an overall ranking of 12th in the country; the ranking is based on four factors, which include economic well-being, education, health, and family and community. Each state is also ranked on those factors individually: Wisconsin ranks 8th for economic well-being, 9th for education, 28th for health, and 18th for family and community.
