Drawing inspiration from the NFL Draft, the 2025 Spring Conference theme of Drafting a Stronger Future, Building the Human Services Dream Team focuses on selecting, preparing, and empowering the “MVPs” of human services to tackle tomorrow’s biggest challenges. "Drafting a Stronger Future" highlights the process of intentionally building a powerful, skilled, and resilient workforce that can make game-changing impacts in the lives of individuals and communities. Just as NFL teams draft and develop players to build a championship team, this conference will provide professionals with the insights, tools, and collaborative strategies needed to excel. Sessions will cover emerging trends, best practices, and leadership skills to help human service workers become top picks in their field and transform their organizations. "Scouting for Potential": Identifying and nurturing talent within the workforce. "Training for Resilience": Preparing for the dynamic demands of the future. "Drafting for Diversity": Building inclusive teams that reflect the communities served. "Game Plans for Success": Strategic approaches for impactful, sustainable service delivery.
This conference is all about preparing the human services “all-star team” ready to make a difference and create a winning future.
